Hello one and all. I suppose introductions are in order. Well, I am the one known as “Chaotic Criminal”, but you can call me Shanna (rhymes with Banana). My closest friends all me Bunny. Honestly, I answer to kind of anything because generally people can’t get Shanna right.
I’m guessing you’re wondering where the Bunny comes from, right? Well, in my younger days I used to love to street race. I know. Stupid. Anyway, chicks who did that sort of thing were called “Devil Bunnies”. There’s a really groovy song by Thrill Kill Kult by the same title. Well, I went full-blown Devil Bunny crazy. I had a Firebird that was purple with a wickedly awesome Fire chicken emblem in purple, silver, and hot pink on the bonnet. “Devil Bunny” was on the windshield, and custom plates. I was nuts. I know. That’s why I’m called Bunny.
Then I crashed my car. It was destroyed. I grew up.
I’m in my mid 30’s, married, and I love to experience life. Well, I try to when I can. Life has a funny way of throwing curve balls at people unexpectedly. It threw some at me in the forms of incurable health issues. I try to not let that hold me back. It’s hard, as you can imagine, but what isn’t anymore?
I have four wonderful and loving dogs that I consider my fur-kids. They are an amazing part of my life and make my days that much more entertaining and valuable. I’m also married to the most wonderful man in the world. He takes great care of me and supports me through all these hard times and the good ones. He is my rock and without him I would be nothing. He is the coolest guy in the world. I love him so much!
I invite you to enjoy this blog. Though, I must admit, it isn’t really written for anyone other than myself. If somewhere along the way I entertain or help someone, that is a plus and I’m glad could help in some small way.
I do not consider myself a writer. Just your average person who likes to express herself. I don’t think I’m better than anyone. I don’t think I have any special techniques or style. I just enjoy writing.
Please excuse my bluntness. That’s the only way I know how to be.
